I guess just out of curiosity, just wondering how that word relates to cocaine exactly? In America we have a similar joke, as in, Moms demand action for gun sense in America shirt “that shits like Government Cheese.” Apparently the American government hands out cheese to poor folks. I’m just struggling to make the connection of cooncil other than sounding like council and the government has councils for things.
